FIRST THOUGHTS

No, no, no

PLOT

A Spoof on 50 Shades of  Grey, Hannah Steele (Kali Hawk) meets Christian Black (Marlon Wayans) and there are sparks right away, but Christian is only interested in one thing, smacking her a*s with whatever he can get his hands on. Thus begins an hour and half epic of them trying to feel each other out, literally. Does she want him? Does he want her? What am I watching?

WHY WATCH IT

This is the bottom of the barrel in terms of comedy. I was so disappointed, since I like he Wayans brother, though the only brother involved in this film was Marlon, since I’m sure the other’s read the script and ran away screaming. I also thought that there was a lot of room to make a parody of 50 Shades, since it kind of opens itself up to jokes, but instead of focusing on how funny it could be to have a guy wanting to beat up a girl, and the girl turning the tables on him, they turned this into an hour and a half racial slur, pitted with penis jokes, of which none are funny. It’s sickening and insulting, and I’m not even black.

FINAL THOUGHTS

If you value your brain cells, and you’re gag reflex, you will avoid this film like the plague and watch something worthwhile, like paint, drying on a wall. Anything would be better, and funnier.
