PAD NA JOU HART broke records and opened at number 1 at the South African box-office this weekend. According to Pieter Geldenhuys from Ster Kinekor Entertainment, PAD NA JOU HART opened  on R3,1 million  and more than 71,000 people went to the cinemas to watch the movie. The movie made more money than any of the new international titles this weekend including Monuments Men and Anchorman 2. It is the biggest opening weekend for an Afrikaans film ever and improved on the records of Afrikaans hit movies on opening weekend like Liefling, Platteland and Semi-Soet. PAD NA JOU HART is showing at a cinemas across South Africa.
