Google Play Movies & TV is an app which allows users to purchase or rent movies and TV shows on Google Play after which they are able to watch them on an Android phone or tablet. Originally only available to limited regions, with the selection of content varying from country to county depending on national copyright laws, Google has recently implemented an update which expands the viewership canvass.

The additional 40 regions include a number of African countries; however it seems that the service is not currently available in South Africa. Visit Google Play Movies & TV for more information.
